Pendampingan Etika Berbasis Active Learning: Transformasi Akhlak Siswa SMAN Taruna Madani Jawa Timur

Pembentukan karakter dan etika remaja di lingkungan sekolah berbasis ketarunaan menghadapi tantangan unik antara kedisiplinan formal dan kebutuhan akan ruang dialektika yang humanis. Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan model pendampingan etika remaja berbasis active learning melalui diskusi interaktif sebagai sarana transformasi akhlak siswa. Subjek pengabdian terdiri dari 60 peserta putra kelas X A dan B di SMAN Taruna Madani Jawa Timur. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui pendampingan rutin setiap hari Rabu pukul 16.30-17.30 WIB dengan durasi 60 menit. Tahapan pendampingan mencakup pemberian stimulus kasus moral, diskusi kelompok interaktif, dan refleksi terbimbing. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan active learning mampu mencairkan kekakuan komunikasi antara pendamping dan siswa, meningkatkan keberanian siswa dalam mengekspresikan dilema moral, serta memperkuat pemahaman etis yang praktis dalam kehidupan asrama. Transformasi akhlak teramati melalui peningkatan nalar kritis siswa dalam merespons isu-isu integritas dan sopan santun. Kesimpulan dari program ini menegaskan bahwa model komunikasi dialogis yang terstruktur menjadi kunci utama dalam efektivitas pendidikan karakter bagi siswa di lembaga pendidikan dengan tingkat disiplin tinggi
