About the Journal

Madanika: Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat is a journal published by the Department of Islamic Communication and Broadcasting, Faculty of Da'wah, Universitas Islam Internasional Darullughah Wadda’wah. This journal provides a platform for practitioners, academics, and community activists to develop concepts, conduct empirical research, and share best practices in the fields of community service, social empowerment, and participatory development based on Islamic and interdisciplinary perspectives.

Madanika addresses actual issues related to community-based initiatives, communication for social change, religious counseling, media and technology in community engagement, and other related disciplines. It invites various forms of academic contribution including literature reviews, conceptual papers, and research-based studies that promote inclusive and sustainable community development.

The journal is published twice a year (every six months, in June and December) and follows an open-access policy, ensuring that all published articles are freely accessible to researchers, students, practitioners, and the general public worldwide.
