About the Journal

Al-Musyrif: Jurnal Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam is a peer-reviewed journal with p-ISSN: 2655-5425 and e-ISSN: 2808-2354, publishing research on Islamic counseling, psychospiritual approaches, and culturally grounded understandings of psychological well-being. The journal focuses on theoretical, empirical, and applied studies examining how Islamic spirituality, indigenous knowledge, cultural contexts, and contemporary counseling practices contribute to counseling theory, intervention, and psychological well-being. It welcomes contributions from academics, researchers, counselors, psychologists, and practitioners in the following areas:

UPDATE OF ARTICLE TEMPLATE

Al-Musyrif: Jurnal Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam informs all authors and prospective contributors that several updates have been made to the journal’s article template.

The updated template includes additional sections intended to strengthen transparency, research integrity, and compliance with current scholarly publishing practices. The newly added sections include:

  • Author Contribution Statement
  • Funding Statement
  • Data Availability Statement
  • Declaration of Interests

Authors are expected to use the latest version of the article template for all new submissions and to complete the relevant statements according to the conditions of their research.

These updates are part of Al-Musyrif’s continuing efforts to improve the quality, transparency, and ethical standards of scholarly publication.

Authors are encouraged to download and use the most recent template available on the journal website before submitting their manuscripts.
