This study examines curriculum innovation at Madrasah Diniyah Al Qodiri 1 Jember in responding to the educational demands of Society 5.0 while preserving traditional Islamic educational values. Employing a qualitative approach with a single-case study design, the research involved ten informants, comprising the head of the madrasah, a curriculum coordinator, four teachers, and four students. Data were collected through classroom observations, semi-structured interviews, and institutional documentation, and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. Data credibility was supported through source and methodological triangulation and member checking. The findings reveal three interconnected dimensions of curriculum innovation: adaptive curriculum planning, the integration of traditional Islamic learning with contemporary pedagogical approaches, and the strengthening of digital literacy and Islamic character education. Technological adaptation is reflected in the use of projectors for kitab kuning instruction, basic digital attendance management, and technology-supported learning evaluation. However, implementation remains at an initial stage due to limited technological infrastructure, varying levels of teachers' digital competence, and financial constraints. The study identifies an emerging adaptive-transformative curriculum pattern in which traditional Islamic scholarship and contemporary educational competencies are integrated according to institutional characteristics and available resources. These findings suggest that curriculum innovation in Madrasah Diniyah can develop progressively without abandoning established Islamic educational traditions, highlighting the importance of contextual adaptation, institutional readiness, and the preservation of religious values.
