About the Journal

Organon: Journal of Islamic Education Management is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Doctoral Program in Islamic Education Management, Universitas Islam Internasional Darullughah Wadda’wah. The journal is published twice a year, in May and November. Organon is devoted to the study of educational management and leadership, with a particular emphasis on discourses, debates, and developments related to the administration and strategic improvement of Islamic educational institutions. The journal provides a forum for researchers, scholars, and professionals to present both empirical findings and theoretical contributions that enrich academic discussions on management, policy, and organizational behavior within Islamic educational contexts.

Organon places strong emphasis on manuscripts that explore management studies and leadership practices that are rooted in, related to, or critically engaged with Islamic perspectives.
