The rosok waste alms management training program in Bujel Village, Kediri City, is a form of community service innovation that aims to overcome the waste problem through a religion-based participatory approach. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that this program not only increases people's understanding of sorting and managing waste in an environmentally friendly manner, but also has social and economic impacts such as increasing musholla operational funds, empowering underprivileged residents, and reducing the volume of waste by 35% to landfills. Thus, this waste alms management model is expected to be replicated in various regions as an integrative solution in sustainable community-based waste management.</p>2025-06-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Oktio Frenki Biantoro, Asep Rahmatullahhttps://ejournal.uiidalwa.ac.id/index.php/filantropis/article/view/3159Pelatihan Pembelajaran Berbasis Deep Learning pada Guru PAI di MTs Darullughah Wadda’wah Pasuruan2025-07-11T01:52:51+00:00Lutfi Rachmanlutfirachman@uiidalwa.ac.id<p>The Deep Learning-based training program at MTSS Darullughah Wadda’wah Pasuruan aimed to enhance the competencies of Islamic subject teachers in addressing 21st-century educational demands. To address this issue, the Islamic Education Study Program at Universitas Islam Internasional Darullughah Wadda’wah Bangil Pasuruan initiated a scientific article writing training aimed at equipping students with writing skills in accordance with methodological principles and national or international publication standards. The program was carried out in three main phases: preparation, implementation, and evaluation, using a combination of presentation, demonstration, and hands-on practice methods. The integration of supporting applications such as Zotero and Mendeley enhanced the technical aspects of writing. The results of the training indicated a significant improvement in students' understanding and skills in writing scientific articles, as well as an increased interest in publication. An intensive mentoring phase further facilitated the completion of publishable academic works, contributing positively to the institution’s academic reputation. This program has proven effective and should be replicated to foster a strong scientific culture within higher education institutions.</p>2025-06-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Kholili Hasib, Nurhanifansyah Nurhanifansyahhttps://ejournal.uiidalwa.ac.id/index.php/filantropis/article/view/3162Pendidikan Dasar Manajemen Administrasi dalam Memberikan Layanan Bermutu Bagi Santri di Pondok Pesantren Moderat At-Thohiriyah Pelamunan Banten2025-07-11T01:55:59+00:00Akhmad Fauzi HamzahSajadah15@gmail.com<p>The community service program on basic administrative management education at Pondok Pesantren Moderat At-Thohiriyah Pelamunan Banten is a strategic response to the need for improving the quality of educational services in the era of Society 5.0.
