Social norms, values and cultural traditions can influence their motivation, perception and learning strategies. The methodology of this study is quantitative using a correlational research design. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between local culture and Arabic language performance among Non-Native Speakers students and to find out the aspects of local culture that affect the learning and use of Arabic among Non-Native Speakers students. The data source used in this study is students of the Arabic Language and Literature study program, Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin State Islamic University, Banten. The data collection technique is a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics and quantitative analysis. The results of the research on local culture and Arabic language performance among Non-Native Speakers students are that there is a significant relationship. It can be seen that the r-Calculate value of 0.79 is greater than the r-Table value of 0.51 or the r-Calculate value of &gt; from the r-Table value, then the questionnaire is declared valid. Employing a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation, the study gathers insights from various stakeholders including the principal, Arabic teacher, and ten students. Results indicate the effectiveness and user-friendliness of AI platforms in Arabic learning, identifying key factors influencing their utilization. Educators benefit from factors like network accessibility, device availability, training opportunities, and AI applications, while students' support factors include educators, parental involvement, device access, internet availability, and AI tools. Challenges faced by educators encompass limited internet access, infrastructure issues, and student awareness gaps. However, the advantages for educators are significant, including enhanced content delivery, innovative teaching methods, and time efficiency. The study underscores the importance of educators embracing technological advancements to enrich learning experiences. The focus of the research is to identify the challenges encountered in the teaching and learning process of Arabic and to provide appropriate solutions to address them. The issues found include various obstacles in Arabic language learning that encompass both internal and external factors, from both students and teachers, such as students' diverse backgrounds, teachers' limited abilities, and the lack of participation and response from students during the lessons. The research employs a descriptive qualitative methodology using Miles and Huberman's analytical approach, which consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data were gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation from various stakeholders, including teachers and students at MTs Nurul Falah Pamekasan. The findings show that the main problems in Arabic language learning at this school include: (1) general issues such as an imbalanced teacher-student ratio and differences in students' language proficiency levels; (2) specific problems related to Arabic, particularly in grammar rules and writing; (3) individual student problems related to their diverse social, cultural, and educational backgrounds; and (4) teacher-related problems, such as the lack of expertise in Arabic and limited interest in attending professional development training. This study used quantitative research using experimental methods. Data collection are tests and observations. Data analysis is used with normality, homogeneity and hypothesis test. The results of this study show that the of speaking skills before using group investigation and problem solving is still low. With pre-test results in the experimental class obtained a an average score of 71,07 and in the control class an average score of 70.76. As for the use of group investigation and problem solving on speaking skills with a value of 3.4% very good. Then the post-test results in the experimental class got an average of 86.78 and in the control class got an average value of 76,92. and the result of hypothesis using the t-test obtained thitung = 3.9167 and ttable = 2,060. The research method used is qualitative, employing a case study approach. In the era of Industry 5.0, it's crucial to integrate technology into the learning process to facilitate interaction between teachers and students. Smart TVs, being modern technological devices, offer various interactive features that can be leveraged to support Arabic language learning. Data for this study was collected through direct observation, interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of documentation related to the use of Smart TV in teaching and learning activities. The study results indicate that using Smart TV can enhance student motivation and participation in learning Arabic. Features such as educational applications, learning videos, and internet access provide convenience in delivering material and enriching learning resources. Additionally, the study found that the success of using Smart TV as a learning tool is greatly influenced by the clarity of the purpose of use, user familiarity with the technology, and clear guidelines for its use.
